How to Set Up Fisher-Price Little People Toy Story Pizza Planet Truck

Quick answer

Assembling the Fisher-Price Little People Pizza Planet Truck is simple: attach the roof spaceship, insert the figures, and you're ready for imaginative play.

Step-by-step setup guide

1. 1. Unbox and inspect: Remove the truck and figures from the packaging. Check that the roof spaceship spins freely and the figures fit snugly into the truck's seats. If the spaceship doesn't spin, check for packaging tape or plastic ties that might be restricting movement.
2. 2. Attach the roof spaceship: Align the spaceship base with the peg on the truck's roof and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Spin the spaceship to confirm it rotates smoothly. Do not force the spaceship if it doesn't click immediately; realign and try again to avoid breaking the peg.
3. 3. Insert the figures: Place each Little People figure into the open seats inside the truck. The figures should stand upright without wobbling. If a figure is loose, check that it's fully seated in the molded slot. Figures are designed for easy removal, so a snug fit is normal.
4. 4. Test the push-along action: Roll the truck on a flat surface to ensure the wheels move freely. The truck is designed for floor play and should glide without resistance. If the wheels stick, remove any debris or packaging material from the wheel wells.
5. 5. Begin play: Your toddler can push the truck along while the spaceship spins. Encourage storytelling by naming the characters and imagining Pizza Planet deliveries. For added fun, combine this truck with other Little People sets to create a larger Toy Story world.
